James Films For Fuel TV’s “Oakley Week On The Daily Habit,” Announces Reality Show
“The Daily Habit” is one of the staples of Fuel TV’s very successful action-sports lineup, so it was a big honor for James when he was asked to appear yesterday as part of their special “Oakley Week.” The Daily Habit took advantage of Oakley’s state-of-the-art theater (as well as their amazing athlete roster) to film a special week of on-location Daily Habit episodes, with talent like Ryan Sheckler, Shaun White, and of course James Stewart.
And while each athlete had their own unique way of arriving to the set, James took the prize for the grandest entrance by riding his 2010 Yamaha YZF450 right down the stairs and onto the stage! Of course, the crowd went nuts, as they also did when James put on a special riding demo for his diehard fans on Oakley’s extremely exclusive, top-secret motocross track (yes, beyond the theater, Oakley also has a killer sand track on their property…).
After the riding demo was over and the host, Pat Parnell, was finished with his questions for James, Bubba then took questions from his fans and even played a hilarious trivia game. But perhaps the most interesting moment of the show for the audience was when James officially announced a new reality series called “Bubba’s World” that will center around the Supercross Champ’s life, taking viewers behind the scenes as to what really goes on in James’s world on a daily basis. The first series of the show, which also airs on Fuel TV, will chronicle his move to a new waterfront mansion in Florida. “I was really honored to be on the show,” said James afterward. “And to also be able to do this at Oakley, who has been with me for nearly two decades now; it really is cool. But I have to say, the best part of the day was riding through the building!”
