Boot Camp, JS7 Style; Part II

Just like we promised a few days ago, here is another photo gallery of James prepping his bike and body to defend the Supercross title in 2010. Keep in mind that this is all just one typical day of James’s boot camp, so the haters out there need to take a look at what James really goes through to be number one. The Boot Camp video will be up soon; until then, enjoy the gallery!

Boot Camp, JS7 Style; Part I

Boot Camp. Most people know the reference when it’s applied to motocross training, but aren’t quite sure exactly what it is. “Man, everyone thinks they know what boot camp is all about,” says James as he shakes his head, with trainer Aldon Baker not-so-patiently looking on, anxiously awaiting another set out of the sweaty champ. “They have no idea.”

Well, lucky for us, we now have a slight inkling: James was gracious enough to invite us over to his private training grounds last week, during a typical day of pre-Supercross training in Haines City, Florida. And as the season is now just a couple of weeks away, it doesn’t get any more “crunch time” than this… Even with all of the pressure, though, James wanted to make sure that the most important part of his racing program (his adoring fans) were kept in the loop and up-to-speed on his progress towards the ultimate goal: Keeping the red number one on his bike in 2011!

So James invited us over to take a peek at Boot Camp, Aldon Baker-style. Like flies on the wall, we sat back and watched James absolutely demolish his Supercross track, then head straight to the gym for some serious weight training with Aldon. Since we got so many killer images/video content, we decided to break it all up a bit and give you the goods in doses. Click below for the first photo gallery, and keep clicking on JS7.com in the next couple of days for more pics, including top-secret shots from inside the Champ’s home gym, as well as a new video that will be posted shortly.

Enjoy!
