James, i’ve been a criminal attorney for 20 years, and I can say that you should not talk about this or make light of this in any way until the entire case is completed. You will be fine, and your eligible for pretrial programs that will will not require a conviction. You cannot change the past or control any part of this matter. Put it out of your mind and focus on work, and the lawyers will do the rest. Big fan and hope for the best for you and your family. This two shall pass.

Hey, I’ll just be honest and say I’m not really a huge fan, but as a former racer myself I have tons of respect for your skill. I’m sure the press will be brutal over this, but you cannot run from it… I would totally embrace it… admit it was stupid and have fun with it… if you laugh it off, others will to and you can move on. Next race opening I would come out wearing orange or prison stripes and jamming Bad Boys over the sound system with some flashing lights on your helmet… don’t let it be the white elephant in the room, let it be something that can be laughed at later. Tigers crap drug on for so long because he refused to come out and talk about it… once you’re open about it, the stupid rumors and speculation stop! Good luck!

Hey man keep your head up, everyone has been through something! Do your best to bounce back from this incident. Your true fans will always be your true fans and haters are going to hate. How you bounce back from past events will determine your true character. Only God can judge you man, so don’t listen to the idiots that will persecute and try to tarnish your name. STAY STONG, dust yourself off and be the TRUE champion that you are, not for us but for yourself.

Keep your head up James Stewart. Pull something positive from this situation and let it drive you forward and through what is ahead. You will emerge from this a better man and racer. More championships are in your future. Take your aggressions out of the racetrack the next 5 races and win that championship. You have worked too hard to let anything stand in your way. Focus on the job ahead and nothing else. You have proven you have what it takes to get back up after a tough fall. This is your time. Our thoughts and prayers ride with you. March 29, 2011

I was suprised to see James use the same take out move on Ryan that Chad did on him a few races ago. But it did make the points that much closer. Looking foward to the next race.

  17. Doc Deuce says:

Hang in there boss, just ride smart and don’t press the issue too much, just go out and have fun you don’t have to try and prove anything to anyone, let the race come to you!!
